orders & shipping
All orders usually ship out of our warehouse within 1-3 business days from the date on which the order was received. To avoid delays in shipping, please make sure that all orders are placed with a correct and valid name & address. Orders that are placed after 12:00PM PST each day may be processed the following business day. Any orders placed during the weekend (Fri-Sun) are processed the following business day. We do not ship on holidays and/or weekends.
You can manage your subscription by logging into the “My Account” section of the website. You can do that by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the site. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one by clicking on the same icon. After logging in, click on “Manage Subscription” on the right hand side of the My Account view. Here, you can see and change the details of your subscription including the products in your subscription, shipping address, payment method as well as cancel or pause your subscription.
Once your order ships, you will be sent an email with your tracking number where you can track where your package is and when will it be delivered.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once it is packed and then shipped. Typically, orders can only be cancelled or modified shortly after you placed the order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or modify your order after placing it.
Please contact Human Better’s Customer Service Department and speak with a Customer Service Representative for information about returning product. Some products are not eligible for return. Product returns need to be pre-approved by Human Better and received within 14 business days of authorization of the return. Contact us at yo@humanbetter.co if you wish to cancel, modify or return your order.
